Welcome to 4+ Strategy Lab. By purchasing or using any materials from fourplusstrategylab.com (the "Site"), you agree to the following terms.

1. About us

4+ Strategy Lab provides educational resources designed to help parents prepare children for 4+ school assessments. Our materials are advisory only. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including admission to any specific school. Each child and each school's process is different.

2. The products

Our products include the 4+ Assessment Handbook (the "Handbook"), associated worksheets, and any related digital or printed materials (together, the "Materials"). The Materials are produced by parents who have been through the 4+ process and are intended to share their experience and approach.

3. Licence to use

When you purchase the Materials, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them solely for the preparation of your own child or children for 4+ assessments.

You may:

• Read, print, and annotate the Materials for your personal use.

• Use the worksheets and activities with your own child or children at home.

• Share access with your child's immediate caregivers (e.g. nanny, grandparent) who are helping to prepare your child.

4. What you may not do

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute the Materials in whole or in part.

• Share, lend, gift, sell, or resell the Materials to any third party.

• Upload the Materials to any website, cloud storage, messaging group, or social media platform where others can access them.

• Use the Materials (or any substantial portion of their content, structure, or methodology) for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to: tutoring, teaching, consulting, coaching, or producing competing materials.

• Translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Materials.

• Remove, obscure, or alter any watermark, copyright notice, or branding on the Materials.

Each copy of the Materials is watermarked with the purchaser's name. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution can be traced.

5. Intellectual property

All Materials, including text, structure, methodology, school-specific content, worksheets, and design, are the intellectual property of 4+ Strategy Lab and are protected by UK copyright law. All rights are reserved.

We take breaches of these terms seriously and will pursue legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctions and damages, against any party who reproduces or commercially uses the Materials without authorisation.

6. Refunds

Because the Materials are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, please email support@fourplusstrategylab.com within 14 days and we will help resolve it.

7. No guarantees

The Materials are based on the experience of the parents who created them. School assessments are inherently unpredictable and depend on many factors beyond preparation, including a child's individual development, the specific assessors, and each school's process in any given year. We make no guarantee that use of the Materials will result in admission to any school.

8. Support

Email support is provided on a best-effort basis at support@fourplusstrategylab.com. Response times are typically within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. We do not provide tutoring, personal coaching, or guaranteed advisory services through the standard handbook purchase.

9. Privacy

Your personal data (name, email, address) is collected only to fulfil your order and provide support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Materials after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
